गुरु ज्ञान की खान है 

बांटत है दिन रात !

पाए कोई बडभागी 

मिटे जन्मों क़ा मेल !!

गुरु बिन ज्ञान न उपजे

गुरु बिन ज्ञान न उपजे

 कटे न कर्म की धार !

गुरु बिन मिटे न आपा 

गुरु बिन घोर अंधार !!
